RU Credit Repair is a d/b/a of RegularUpkeep LLC ("we", "us"). These terms cover your use of rucreditrepair.com. They do not themselves create a service contract — services are engaged through a separate written agreement.
Under the Credit Repair Organizations Act you may cancel any credit repair contract, for any reason, within three business days of signing it, at no cost. You will receive a separate written cancellation form together with your agreement. To cancel, sign and return that form, or send written notice to info@rucreditrepair.com.
We do not collect a fee for services before those services have been fully performed, as required by 15 U.S.C. § 1679b(b). Your specific fee is quoted in writing before you engage us.
We do not promise any particular outcome, score change, or deletion. We cannot and do not remove accurate, current, verifiable information from any credit report. What we provide is document preparation, dispute handling, and education.
You may cancel ongoing services at any time by giving written notice. There is no long-term contract and no exit fee.
You agree to give us accurate information, and to forward any correspondence you receive from the credit bureaus so we can act on it.
Client files and the client portal are hosted by Credit Repair Cloud at secureclientaccess.com. Your use of that portal is also governed by its own terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina.
